Copper Aluminum Wire Drawing
Copper or aluminum rods are drawn into fine wires through dies,improving strength and ensuring precise diameter for further processing.
Annealing of Single Wire

Conductor Stranding

Insulation Extrusion
A layer of insulating material such as PVC or XLPE is uniformly extruded over the conductor. This step ensures electrical insulation, protects the conductor from external factors, and complies with industry voltage standards.
Cable Core Assembly
